Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the Hardware In the Loop (HWIL) group in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on designing, building and deploying state-of-the-art testing environments for missiles, enabling engineering teams to verify requirements and deliver flight-ready systems.

You will collaborate with weapon system designers, troubleshoot complex hardware/software integrations, and perform lab work with test equipment to support tactical software development and delivery to warfighters.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM required by start date.
• Experience with systems requirements, integration, testing, software and/or hardware.

Responsibilities

• Work on a multi-disciplinary team to support systems integration.
• Support troubleshooting and failure data analyses, including root cause and corrective action.
• Integrate software, firmware and hardware in a lab environment for complex systems.
