Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HVACR or related field, or equivalent apprenticeship.
• 7+ years in commercial/industrial HVACR maintenance.
• 5+ years with large-scale HVACR equipment and CRAC/VAV systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVACR, boiler, and refrigeration systems.
• Lead control programming linked to building automation systems.
• Respond to service calls, alarms, and on-call incidents; coordinate with teams.
• Maintain GMP/QMS documentation and ensure EHS compliance.
