The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HVAC service with 5+ years in Training and Development, EPA Type II or Universal Certification, and strong communication to translate complex schematics and hands-on

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years HVAC service experience.
Minimum 5 years Training & Development experience.
EPA Type II or Universal Certification - REQUIRED
Familiarity reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC equipment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs focused on HVAC/R systems, equipment repair, and property maintenance.
Create instructional materials that include schematics and technical documentation to enhance learning experiences.
Conduct hands-on training sessions that allow participants to practice skills in real-world scenarios.
Assess trainees' understanding of technical concepts through evaluations and feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to ensure training content is current.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback for continuous improvement.
