Job summary

Harp Home Services in Windsor, CT and HD Air in Springfield, MA are seeking a dynamic HVAC Technical Trainer to join our team. The role requires a minimum of 5 years HVAC Training & Development experience and 7 years HVAC Service experience, plus EPA Type II or Universal Certification.

Minimum 5 years HVAC Training & Development experience

Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC equipment
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs focused on HVAC/R systems and property maintenance
Create instructional materials with schematics and technical documentation
