Progress Residential, LLC is hiring a Service Technician III to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes. The role requires strong customer service, safety discipline, and the ability to perform preventative maintenance and urgent repairs as needed.

You must have HVAC and EPA certifications, a high school diploma, and at least five years of maintenance experience. A valid driver’s license and own tools are required; on-call participation may be needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in general service and maintenance.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license; available for on-call work.
