Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician II to support the Facility Maintenance Manager in preventive, corrective, and general maintenance of HVAC systems for clients in Houston.

The role includes daily assessments, maintaining a clean work area, and following safety standards while performing tests and data analysis on equipment. Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; formal HVAC training completed.
• Minimum five years related HVAC experience.
• Universal Refrigeration License required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, chillers and boilers.
• Inspects and repairs HVAC equipment and controls across buildings.
• Maintains logs of temperatures, pressures and equipment readings.
• Coordinates with Facility Maintenance Manager on repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ensures safe work practices per OSHA and site policies.
