Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to support the Facility Maintenance Manager in preventive, corrective, and general maintenance of HVAC systems at client sites.

You will perform tests, monitor performance, and document findings while maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities include maintaining boilers, chillers, cooling towers, controls, and kitchen refrigeration, conducting data rounds, and following established maintenance procedures and change controls to ensure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. Completion of formal HVAC training programs required.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and applicable HVAC certifications (e.g., Universal Refrigeration License) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems.
• Inspect and monitor boilers, chillers, and associated controls; document readings and observations.
• Maintain logs and records, ensure safety and OSHA compliance, and follow change processes.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate with maintenance team on major repairs.
• Ensure smooth operation of facility HVAC and related building systems.
