Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support preventive, corrective, and general maintenance of HVAC systems for the Client. The role involves routine assessments, maintaining a clean work environment, and following safety standards.

You will work under the Facility Maintenance Manager to ensure proper operation of equipment and documentation of readings. Qualifications include a HS Diploma or GED with formal HVAC training, 5+ years of experience, valid

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED. Must have completed formal HVAC training programs.
• Five (5) or more years of related experience.
• Must possess applicable certifications, licenses and a valid driver's license.
• Universal Refrigeration License.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate with groups.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs HVAC equipment and systems.
• Monitors refrigerant, heat exchangers, boilers, pumps, valves, piping and filters; records readings.
• Performs preventive maintenance and maintains machine history, lubrication logs, and maintenance records.
• Responds to heating and cooling problems and repairs as needed.
• Operates with CMMS Planner/Scheduler to optimize Preventive Maintenance.
