One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of South Akron is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to join as a founding team member in Akron, OH. You will set the standard for craftsmanship, mentor technicians and apprentices, and help establish the brand in Southern Akron.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on diagnostics, and a commitment to customer service while growing with the company from its ground up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on HVAC service/repair experience.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, A/C, and ducts on residential systems.
• Handle complex service calls, including second opinions and escalated diagnostics.
• Perform routine maintenance and install HVAC equipment as needed for growth.
• Mentor and coach newer technicians and apprentices; teach diagnostic methods and professionalism.
• Train incoming team members on standards, safety, and customer service expectations.
