Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands, is hiring HVAC Service Technicians in the Cincinnati area. You will educate customers on technical and investment decisions while performing home service calls.

The role offers an hourly rate plus commission with a potential to earn up to $120,000 annually, plus weekend shift premium and industry-leading benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO and personal days, parental leave, and a 401k with

Qualifications

• Completion of an HVAC trade program or HVAC field experience greatly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills a must!
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
• Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.
• Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.
• Test each system after service or repair has been completed.
• Perform a proper inspection of the system.
• Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and invoices.
• Provide customer leads to sales team.
