Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking HVAC Service Technicians in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is pivotal in providing excellent customer service through educating customers on HVAC systems and making service calls in their homes.

Joining the team offers an hourly rate plus commission, allowing potential earnings up to $120,000 annually, along with top-tier benefits including health insurance, generous PTO, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Completion of an HVAC trade program preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assess HVAC systems for repair or replacement.
• Communicate recommendations effectively to customers.
• Perform repairs with a focus on technical excellence.
• Test each system post-service.
• Inspect the system thoroughly.
• Explain services performed to customers.
• Complete all paperwork and invoices accurately.
• Provide customer leads to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
• Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.
• Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.
• Test each system after service or repair has been completed.
• Perform a proper inspection of the system.
• Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and invoices.
• Provide customer leads to sales team.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an HVAC trade program or HVAC field experience greatly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills a must!
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
