Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC in Orlando for on-site, full-time work. The role focuses on inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in single-family homes, with additional maintenance tasks as needed.

You will diagnose and repair advanced issues, perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering excellent resident service. On-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general service and maintenance.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA certification required.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service requests.
• Diagnose and repair advanced issues before expenditure of funds.
• Maintain safety and comply with regulations; interact professionally with residents.
