Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to join our Property Management team in Orlando. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems across our single-family homes and perform general maintenance as needed.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, EPA and HVAC certifications, and a valid driver's license. You will work on-site with a focus on customer service and safety, supporting a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general service and maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall repair).
• HVAC Certification from technical college or trade program preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Experience repairing residential appliances in customers’ homes is a plus.
• Must possess own basic tools to perform ongoing service.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and service requests for HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced issues and repair or replace defective equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EPA, OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain punctuality and professional conduct in all assignments.
