Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales.
• Strong technical and diagnostic abilities for HVAC systems.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to upsell on service calls.
• Excellent communication to explain options to homeowners.
• EPA certification (NATE a plus) and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Identify opportunities to recommend system replacements when appropriate.
• Educate customers on options and provide honest recommendations.
• Sell new systems on the spot when suitable to meet homeowner needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term trust.
