Job summary

The Lakes at Litchfield is seeking a Maintenance Technician II - HVAC Tech to maintain and optimize campus HVAC systems, ensuring resident comfort and energy efficiency. This role leads the HVAC technical work within the maintenance department on a single campus.

You will perform advanced maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and support preventative maintenance, reporting to the Director of Facility Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC service and repair experience.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, assisted living, or CCRC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of HVAC systems.
• Lead HVAC technical resources within the maintenance department.
• Support preventative maintenance, energy management, and environmental comfort for residents and staff.
• Work independently on complex mechanical systems.
• Assist the Director of Facility Services in maintaining reliable building systems.
