Job summary

The Lakes at Litchfield is seeking a Maintenance Technician II – HVAC Tech to lead advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of HVAC systems across the campus. This role supports the Director of Facility Services in maintaining reliable building systems and energy management for residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HVAC service experience, EPA refrigeration certification, and technical HVAC training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC training or certification preferred or required.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
• HVAC certification (NATE / HVAC Excellence) preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems across the campus.
• Lead HVAC technical resource for the maintenance department.
• Support preventative maintenance, energy management and environmental comfort.
