Wildewood Downs in Columbia, SC seeks a Maintenance Technician II – HVAC Tech to lead advanced maintenance and optimization of campus HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and support energy management while ensuring resident and staff comfort.

This role requires 3–5 years HVAC service experience, EPA Refrigerant Certification, and the ability to read schematics. The position offers a stable, on-site work environment within a Continuing Care Retirement Community.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• HVAC training or certification preferred or required.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required; CPO within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of HVAC systems across the campus.
• Lead HVAC technical resource for the maintenance department.
• Support preventative maintenance, energy management, and environmental comfort for residents, staff, and clinical areas.
• Works independently on complex mechanical systems.
• Assists the Director of Facility Services in maintaining reliable and efficient building systems.
