Job summary

The Lakes at Litchfield is seeking a Maintenance Technician II/HVAC Tech to support maintenance staff across the campus, performing preventive and emergency repairs on buildings and equipment. You will supervise special projects and help ensure safety and compliance under the Director of Facility Services.

Role requires four-pronged expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance, with 1–2 years of related experience and EPA/CPO credentials highly valued.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical training in mechanics, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler systems, landscaping or HVAC.
• HVAC certifications required; EPA Universal certifications preferred.
• CPO certification required.
• 1–2 years maintenance experience in a similar role is desired.

Responsibilities

• Represents the campus positively and promotes safety and well-being for residents and staff.
• Performs maintenance repairs on equipment, buildings and grounds as needed.
• Assists in preventive maintenance programs including elevators, extinguishers, HVAC, and generators.
• Completes all work orders and projects under supervision of the Director of Facility Services.
