Wildewood Downs seeks a Maintenance Technician II – HVAC Tech to lead advanced HVAC maintenance across the campus, troubleshoot complex systems, and support energy management for residents and staff in a Continuing Care Retirement Community.

Requires EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification, 3–5 years HVAC experience, and HVAC certifications; expects safe, independent work on a single campus with no crawl spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical HVAC training preferred.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
• 3-5 years HVAC service/repair experience.
• Healthcare/CCRC environment experience preferred.
• Ability to read HVAC schematics, control diagrams.
• OSHA safety standards and MSDS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC technical resource for the maintenance department; support preventative maintenance and energy management.
• Work independently on complex mechanical systems across the campus.
• Assist the Director of Facility Services in maintaining reliable and efficient building systems.
