Job summary

Stevens Equipment Supply, part of Daikin Industries, seeks an HVAC Technical Service Manager to lead field service, coach technicians, and drive training initiatives from our Eagan, MN location. You will ensure high customer satisfaction, manage complex technical issues, and collaborate with sales to expand Daikin brand adoption.

The role requires 5+ years in field service, HVAC certification, and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Formal HVAC training or certification is required.
• 5+ years in field service and repair.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for dealers/contractors to resolve technical issues
• Ensure timely communication with customers via phone/text/email
• Conduct installation and service training for dealers
• Collaborate with local sales on new customer conversions to Daikin brands
• Gather customer feedback for Daikin sales/engineering
• Monitor for early quality issues through site visits
• Confirm installations adhere to manuals and assess manual clarity
• Provide feedback on field or building code changes
• Produce training materials as needed
• Support ongoing business needs with special projects/duties
