Job summary

Stevens Equipment Supply, a Daikin Industries Inc. member, seeks a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to support our Eagan, MN branch.

You will build sales through dealer communication, manage orders, and provide excellent service to customers in person, by phone, email, or fax. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, HVAC certification preferred, and 5+ years in sales or customer service, preferably in HVAC.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge or willingness to learn HVAC products.
• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC cert preferred.
• 5+ years in sales and customer service preferred; HVAC industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support branch sales through dealer communication, product launches, and pricing.
• Handle orders, quotes, invoices, and delivery dates; ensure accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service via walk-ins, phone, and email.
• Expand and maintain house accounts; identify upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and distribution for timely shipments.
• Assist in warehouse tasks and inventory as needed.
