Job summary

Stevens Equipment Supply, a Daikin Industries Inc. member, seeks a Commercial Sales Manager in Eagan, MN. Lead regional sales, grow market share for RTU, Ductless, and VRV lines, and manage relationships with contractors and customers.

You will design sales strategies, train staff, and partner with Marketing to optimize product availability and pricing. Travel to customer locations is expected as part of ongoing growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5+ years of sales experience in HVAC (Light Commercial)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to plan and execute sales strategies and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and establish new ones by calling on customers and trade factors
• Design and implement sales strategies for RTU, Ductless and VRV product growth
• Resolve customer issues with solutions and management reporting
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on specifications, costs, and product availability
