Job summary

Stevens Equipment Supply, a Daikin Industries affiliate, is seeking a Technical Service Manager to oversee service operations at our Phoenix, AZ branches. You will coordinate training, support dealers and technicians, and drive customer satisfaction through effective field service management.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC field service, strong leadership and training skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification required or equivalent training.
• 5+ years in field service for HVAC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for dealers/contractors to resolve technical issues
• Coordinate training and knowledge transfer for service teams
• Ensure timely communications with customers via phone, text, or email
• Lead product installation and service training focused on high‑failure dealers
• Collaborate with sales to convert new customers to Daikin brands
• Gather customer feedback and relay to sales/engineering groups
• Monitor quality issues via site visits and address complaints
• Develop training materials for sessions as needed
