Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; minimum eight years' experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction or service, or HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and subsystems.
• Experience integrating low voltage building subsystems using LON, BACnet, etc.
• Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience; strong drafting software skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures and services complex building control systems for a facility.
• Develops and tests software programs for system operation.
• Prepares drawings, equipment schedules and submittals.
• Orders materials and tracks delivery for assigned jobs.
• Assists in loading, commissioning and validation of system and network controllers.
