Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years' experience with commercial equipment with one (1) year in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Deep familiarity with commercial 3-phase electrical systems (up to 480V) and HVAC motors.
• Experience with chillers, rotary screw air compressors, AHUs, and VFDs.
• Coordinate with outside mechanical contractors and review project blueprints/specs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, local mechanical/electrical codes, and EPA refrigerant-handling rules.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC/refrigeration devices in a manufacturing facility.
• Lead a team of HVAC technicians, provide guidance, and schedule daily tasks.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
