Job summary

Facility Services Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to tend to heat exchangers, ventilation and cooling equipment including fans, chillers, ducts and data systems with humidity controls.

The role involves installing, servicing and repairing environmental-control systems per engineering specs and maintaining refrigerant inventories. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in HVAC, suitable certifications (NATE/ICC/EPA 608), a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• HVAC certifications such as NATE or ICC are preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years HVAC experience with healthcare facility exposure.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass background check.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Installs, services and repairs environmental-control systems following blueprints or specs.
• Maintains refrigerant inventory and usage records.
• Mounts compressors and condensers on platforms or floors with hand tools.
• Installs evaporator units in chassis or duct systems using hand tools.
