Dunham-Bush USA is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relations for HVAC manufacturing. The role drives cost-effective procurement, aligns with production needs, and leads a supervisory team across multiple locations.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain, with 3+ years in manufacturing procurement leadership; HVAC experience is a plus and ERP experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial procurement in manufacturing.
• HVAC industry experience is a plus.
• ERP systems experience (Oracle, SAP or JDE).

Responsabilités

• Oversees procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency and reliable supply.
• Develops sourcing strategies across locations to meet production demands.
• Trains and manages departmental supervisors.
• Negotiates contracts and terms with suppliers.
• Monitors supplier performance and implements improvements.
• Ensures compliance with policies and budget.
