Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States is seeking a Project Manager for Commercial HVAC procurement and cross-functional project leadership. You will manage multiple procurement projects, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to implement plans and achieve cost and delivery goals.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial procurement/project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive supplier improvements while coordinating with centralized

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in an industrial or HVAC/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to plan proactively, anticipate issues, and document resolutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong influencing abilities.
• Experience working across engineering, procurement, and operations on large cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of supplier development, materials management, and supplier quality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple procurement projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead supplier selection, capability reviews, and risk management for NPD projects.
• Monitor project progress, update status, and remove roadblocks.
• Coordinate project charters, benefits, and resources with Centralized Procurement.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
