Job summary

DSG is seeking a HVAC Supplier Program Manager to develop and manage strategic supplier partnerships, ensuring profitable programs and aligned product strategies. You will serve as the liaison among suppliers, corporate functions, and field teams, driving communication and collaboration across the organization.

The role requires deep supplier relationship experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in supplier management, program management, or procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CPIM or C.P.M. are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term supplier strategies with segment leadership.
• Negotiate and manage annual supplier programs including pricing and rebates.
• Maximize rebates and incentives in collaboration with finance and procurement.
• Analyze supplier performance and profitability to guide improvements.
• Coordinate product alignment with VP Segment Strategy and Directors.
• Act as liaison between suppliers, corporate teams, and field staff.
