Job summary

Mount Kemble Search Group is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager in Randolph, MA to lead purchasing, planning, logistics, supplier development, and inventory strategy for HVAC and data center components. This on-site role requires a strategic leader who can drive S&OP, optimize ERP/MRP, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, and finance to meet growth commitments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in supply chain leadership, 5+ years in end-to-end SCM functions, and strong S&OP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of supply chain, operations, or manufacturing leadership experience
• 5+ years leading purchasing, planning, logistics, or end-to-end supply chain functions
• Strong S&OP and inventory management expertise
• Experience in HVAC manufacturing or related industries
• ERP/MRP expertise (Epicor strongly preferred)
• Proven success driving KPI improvements including inventory turns, fill rate, working capital, and on-time delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, planning, scheduling, logistics, and supplier development initiatives across multiple facilities.
• Establish and manage a robust S&OP process that aligns demand, supply, capacity, and inventory.
• Develop sourcing strategies for HVAC and data center components including metals, coils, fans, motors, controls.
• Build and strengthen strategic supplier relationships and manage risk.
• Improve inventory turns, on-time delivery, fill rate, and working capital.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Sales on growth plans.
• Oversee ERP optimization, MRP management, and data governance.

Supply Chain Manager, Randolph, MA (On-Site) HVAC Manufacturing | Data Centers | Operations & Supply Chain Leadership - $120K -$140K, BOE

As a leading manufacturer of custom Air Handling Units (AHUs) and a rapidly growing supplier of Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAHs) serving the data center market we're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, planning, logistics, supplier development, inventory strategy, and S&OP across our growing organization.

The Ideal Candidate is a strategic supply chain leader who sees the bigger picture. You understand that supply chain success is built through strong systems, smart planning, supplier partnerships, disciplined execution, and data-driven decisions. You're equally comfortable presenting to executives, negotiating with suppliers, and walking the production floor.

What You'll Do

• Lead purchasing, planning, scheduling, logistics, and supplier development initiatives across multiple facilities.
• Establish and manage a robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process that aligns demand, supply, capacity, and inventory.
• Develop sourcing strategies for critical HVAC and data center cooling components including sheet metal, coils, fans, motors, controls, and electrical commodities.
• Build and strengthen strategic supplier relationships while reducing risk through supplier diversification and performance management.
• Drive measurable improvements in inventory turns, on-time delivery, fill rate, working capital, and total landed cost.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Sales to support growth initiatives and customer commitments.
• Serve as the supply chain leader for Epicor ERP optimization, MRP management, and supply chain data governance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of supply chain, operations, or manufacturing leadership experience
• 5+ years leading purchasing, planning, logistics, or end-to-end supply chain functions
• Strong S&OP and inventory management expertise
• Experience in HVAC manufacturing, industrial equipment, mechanical systems, or related manufacturing environments
• ERP/MRP expertise (Epicor strongly preferred)
• Proven success driving KPI improvements including inventory turns, fill rate, working capital, and on-time delivery

Preferred Experience

• Data center cooling, CRAH, CRAC, or thermal management product environments
• Multi-site manufacturing operations
• ERP implementation or major system upgrades
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM certifications
• MBA or advanced degree
