Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Solutions Sales Manager in Long Island City to drive sales leadership and manage the field service office onsite with flexibility. Responsibilities include planning, resource alignment, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery across complex projects.

You will coach Account Managers, build strong partner relationships, and foster a safety- and people-centered culture while driving performance and growth in service, turnkey, and energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years related experience in commercial HVAC service.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Leadership experience in Service, Sales, and Operations.
• Demonstrated sales success.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and align work and resources to meet customer needs, obligations, and service timelines.
• Lead Account Managers to grow service, turnkey projects, and energy solutions.
• Build rapport with internal/external partners to achieve sales objectives.
• Promote Daikin culture with emphasis on safety and People-Centered Management.
• Coach and develop employees to maximize performance and potential; conduct regular reviews.
