Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States is seeking a Senior Services Account Manager to develop long-term relationships with building owners and provide total energy-efficient building solutions.

You will lead consultative selling, conduct facility reviews, and create solid business cases to deliver value while growing existing accounts and expanding services offered by Trane/Thermo King.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution sales or a BA/BS with strong sales track record.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision makers to drive value.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads, start customer conversations, and grow existing accounts.
• Strong financial and business acumen with a self-starter mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally as required and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer conversations with business-level insights to establish value and create demand.
• Develop project business cases, financial proforma, and validate business outcomes; gather information and review plans.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions while maintaining positive relationships.
• Apply consultative selling to uncover client needs and present value-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities, analyze market information, and target new business while supporting growth of existing accounts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and promote company products.
• Possess strong problem solving and prioritization to plan and execute tasks.
• Promote team selling and work with various stakeholders to support the sale.
