Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze and diagnose customer problems; communicate findings professionally.
• Repair and service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Record service details on the handheld device and complete paperwork.
• Process payments and coordinate with dispatch for status updates.
• Promote Service Experts products and services to customers.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and stock; ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
