Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Service Technician – HVAC IV to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex HVAC systems at customer sites in Greer, SC. The role involves on-site service, driving to locations, and contributing to building systems and boilers.

You will train junior technicians and support project teams. Candidates should bring 7+ years of HVAC service experience, EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Proficient with troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to work on call rotation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment including chillers, boilers, and building systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Train technicians of all levels.
• Complete equipment log sheets and upload to the project database.
• Communicate with Team Lead, Coordination Staff, Sales Staff and Customers.
• Observe, report and correct unsafe work environments.
• Take care of and maintain company tools and vehicle.
