Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician – HVAC IV in Greer, SC. You will service, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems, including chillers and boilers, and perform routine maintenance across building systems.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of refrigerant cycles, safety practices, and strong communication with customers. On-site work with driving to customer sites and potential on-call rotation are expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Understanding of refrigerant cycles and air distribution systems.
• Experience with brazing, leak checks and evacuation processes.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot and repair complex equipment including chillers and boilers.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment.
• Drive to and from customer sites as needed and train technicians of all levels.
• Troubleshoot air and water flow and complete equipment logs for PMs.
• Communicate with Team Lead, staff and customers; complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely; observe and report unsafe conditions.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required; maintain company tools and vehicle.
