Qualifications

• 7 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Universal EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Proficient at troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment specifications.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers and central plants.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment.
• Drive to customer sites and communicate with team and customers.
• Train technicians of all levels as needed.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Support on-call rotation as required by business volume.
