Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of commercial HVAC experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a proven ability to train junior staff while maintaining detailed documentation and customer

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
• Understand refrigerant cycles and air distribution.
• Brazing, leak checking, evacuation.
• Read mechanical drawings and equipment specs.
• Adhere to safe work practices.
• 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Physical demands include heavy lifting and extended standing.
• Work environment includes exposure to weather and noise.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
• Train technicians of all levels.
• Troubleshoot air and water flow.
• Complete equipment logs and upload to database.
• Communicate with Team Lead and customers.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Accurate and timely paperwork.
• Observe and report unsafe conditions.
• On-call rotation as needed.
• Maintain company tools and vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned by the company.
