Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician – HVAC IV in South Carolina. The role involves servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex HVAC systems, including centrifugal and screw chillers, boilers, and central plants.

You will perform scheduled maintenance, drive to sites, train junior technicians, and ensure accurate documentation. The position requires 7+ years of experience, Universal EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment specifications.
• Ability to write reports and complete paperwork accurately.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, and central plants.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Drive to and from customer sites as needed and train technicians of all levels.
• Document equipment log sheets and upload to the Project Manager’s database.
• Communicate with Team Lead, Coordination Staff, Sales Staff and Customers.
• Take care of and maintain company tools and vehicles.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
