Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Service Technician – HVAC III to join our field team in Charlotte, NC. You will assist senior technicians, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair light commercial HVAC equipment, and log system data for project managers.

A strong technical background and EPA certification are required. We value reliability, clear communication with customers, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Ability to understand mechanical drawings and equipment specifications.
• Experience troubleshooting complex electrical systems and reading wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of large HVAC equipment 25 tons and above, including DX and water-source systems.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior HVAC technicians.
• Perform preventative maintenance contracts.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light commercial equipment.
• Log equipment data for project managers and upload to database.
• Communicate with Team Lead, Coordination Staff, Sales Staff, and customers.
• Maintain tools and company vehicle and complete paperwork accurately.
