Service Experts in Tempe, AZ seeks an experienced Service Technician II to perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance. The role requires diagnosing equipment, providing courteous customer service, and ensuring safety and proper documentation during calls.

Responsibilities include delivering parts, communicating with dispatch, and promoting services. EPA and safety certifications are required, with valid driver’s license and flexibility for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with HVAC training and 2+ years of experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess licensing/certifications as required by local laws.
• Proficient at servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment and related accessories.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
• Inspect equipment and diagnose potential problems to prevent breakdowns.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools and report status to dispatch.
