Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems in Tempe, AZ. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely completion of calls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with basic HVAC training or certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required for the geographical work area.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Promote products and services to customers and communicate status to dispatch.
• Handle parts delivery and equipment transportation for service tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation on handheld devices and forms.
