Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC-WV LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician in Tempe, AZ to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. You will work under supervision, communicate with customers, and promote products while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, 0–2+ years in HVAC, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver's license. Training opportunities and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–2+ years’ HVAC experience and technical training certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by laws for the geographical work area.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnoses and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
• Diagnoses and services heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning; delivers/removes parts and equipment.
• Records all required information on a handheld device and collects payment; communicates with dispatch for status.
• Promotes products/services and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follows procedures, keeps company vehicle stocked, and handles warranty parts returns.
