Job summary

You will collaborate with Truck Based Service Managers and Customer Service to forecast and drive service performance. The position requires at least 5 years in HVAC service leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' service operations management or dispatch experience.
• Minimum of 5 years HVAC commercial industry experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with service management software and accounting systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day tactical local HVAC service business and ensures customer satisfaction and financial objectives.
• Direct supervision of service business support teams including account management and invoicing.
• Provide coaching and support to branch service teams in applying standard methodologies and service applications.
