Qualifications

• Strong client-facing and communication skills; excellent presentation and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages and guides service technicians and supervisors in the specific business segment; participates in on-call rotation.
• Coordinates HR issues, participates in hiring, and conducts performance conversations.
• Understands service reporting metrics to drive business results.
• Maintains customer relationships and ensures performance meets requirements; identifies opportunities.
• Manages revenue goals, monitors labor hours, and reviews productivity reports.
• Leads monthly safety meetings and enforces safety policies and incident investigations.
