Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee the installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure high-quality service, and maintain a safe, organized job site.

The role demands strong troubleshooting, customer service, and teamwork, with responsibilities ranging from complex installations to mentoring helpers and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HVAC experience in residential market.
• Valid Driver’s License with 3+ years experience.
• EPA certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to high-quality work and customer service.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Flexible and collaborative in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, or replace HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in the shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate with homeowners.
• Handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds).
• Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle in an organized and clean condition.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on the job site.
• Perform in various environments and weather conditions as required.
