Lex Air Conditioning in Dallas, TX is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional service and customer experiences. You will oversee daily operations, optimize productivity, maintain safety standards, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include budget management, process improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering growth and development of technicians and support staff.

Formación

• HVAC systems knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
• 5+ years in HVAC services with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of HVAC technicians to achieve service excellence.
• Oversee daily service schedules, optimizing technician productivity.
• Maintain safety protocols to promote a secure working environment.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated customer inquiries and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the service department’s budget and monitor expenses and revenue.
• Evaluate current service processes and implement efficiency and quality improvements.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and maintain accurate service records.
