Job summary

Lex Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional service and customer experiences. You will drive operational excellence, oversee daily service operations, and foster growth and development of technicians and staff.

You will manage schedules, ensure timely service calls, emphasize safety, and build strong customer relationships while achieving financial goals and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC services with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, safety standards, and repair techniques.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians to deliver service excellence.
• Oversee daily service operations and optimize technician productivity.
• Act as primary contact for escalated customer inquiries and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the service department budget for cost control and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain accurate service records.
