Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Business Partner, Sales Learning (HVAC Domain) to elevate sales capability across our HVAC organization. You will partner with sales leaders and SMEs to identify gaps, design curricula, and implement scalable development programs that accelerate revenue growth.

The role also leads the Building Early Careers Sales Training (BEST) program, collaborating with recruiting and business partners to grow future HVAC sales talent. Expect travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Engineering, Adult Learning, HVAC-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning programs for adult learners.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
