Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United States seeks a Senior Business Partner, Sales Learning (HVAC Domain) to drive sales capability across our HVAC business. You will partner with sales leaders and subject matter experts to identify gaps, design curricula, and deliver scalable development programs that accelerate performance.

You will also lead the Building Early Careers Sales Training (BEST) Program, coordinating with recruiting and leadership to cultivate future HVAC sales talent and measure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs for adult learners.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HVAC sales leaders to identify capability gaps and develop learning strategies.
• Lead the Building Early Careers Sales Training (BEST) program.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive business impact.
