Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Partner, Sales Learning (HVAC Domain) to drive sales capability and performance across our HVAC portfolio.

You will partner with sales leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify gaps, design learning strategies, and deliver impactful programs. You will also lead the Building Early Careers Sales Training (BEST) Program, shaping the next generation of HVAC sales professionals and building scalable learning solutions that strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or related areas.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning programs for adult learners.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Design and implement learning strategies, curricula, and journeys to boost sales performance.
• Collaborate with L&D teams and SMEs to create scalable learning solutions.
• Measure training impact through data and feedback.
